Recommended consumption:
Take 1 capsule daily with a meal or as advised by the therapist with sufficient liquid. For pregnant and breastfeeding women and people taking thyroid medication, it is strongly recommended to consult your doctor or therapist first. Do not take if you have a iodine allergy.
